Most influential books

Some books are just enjoyable to read while others offer a way of living that, when followed, can radically change and shape one’s life. Here are a few of those books:

The Bible
Moses, Solomon, David, Paul, and many more.
It wasn’t until the age of 25 that I started applying its principles to my life. There are many bibles to choose from. I prefer the NASB english translations. NIV or New King James are fine translations. La Bible du Semeur is a good French translation. Start with a study Bible. There are many print sizes available.

“Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says. Anyone who listens to the word but does not do what it says is like a man who looks at his face in a mirror and, after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like. But the man who looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues to do this, not forgetting what he has heard, but doing it—he will be blessed in what he does.” James 1:22-25
